We will respond within 8 business hours. Kindly note, the operation hours are 8:30 AM - 5 PM IST.

You will raise the issue in Basecamp software.. Our support personal will respond based on the ticket created.

What happens if I consume all my support hours?

We can always estimate and provide a one-time cost for any additional work needed. In this way, you control what you want done and cost for maintaining your product.
